Reservations Policy



  • To make a reservation we need name, address,  phone number,          # people in your party and credit card information.  
  • A one night deposit is required to hold a reservation.
  • When we receive deposit we email your confirmation.

  •  BALANCE IS DUE UPON ARRIVAL.

  • We hold our guests responsible for every day of their reservation and if you arrive late or depart early we must charge for those days.
  • We accept Master card and Visa CREDIT cards. 
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 21 days in advance of arrival date to avoid being charged for complete reservations. Cancellation fee  $20.00
  • Deposit is refunded if cancellation is received 21 days prior to arrival.

  • Deposits will be refunded for cancellations received within 21 days before arrival date only if the reservations can be completely filled.
  • NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURE OR LATE ARRIVALS.

  • Must be 21 or over to rent accommodations

  • We prefer no pets. We would consider small inside dogs.
  • Limited Pets in rooms by permission only.  Pet fee $25.00
  • Limited Pets in Cabins by permission only. Pet fee $50.00

  • LITHIA RESORT accommodations and facilities are for registered guests only. 

  • Please check with office before inviting visitors.

  • All visitors please register at the office.
  • Advance reservation--2 night minimum.
  • Holiday weekends--3 night minimum,  paid in full 21 days before arrival.
  • All Accommodations are non smoking. (ashtrays outside)
  • Limited occupancy in accommodations
  • Extra Person over age 12 - $10.00 per day
  • CHECK IN AFTER 3 PM.

  • CHECK OUT BY 10 AM.

  • Extra Charge for early check-in and/or late check-out (when available)

  • Liability: Renter is liable for any damage to the cabins and contents incurred during their stay. Renter shall hold harmless Lithia Resort against any liability for personal injury and/or loss of property while on the premises.

LITHIA RESORT IS A FAMILY RESORT          QUIET TIME 11 PM

HOUSEKEEPING POLICY:   All accommodations are NON SMOKING. Ashtrays are located outside. We have a non smoking policy. Violator's will be charged a minimum of $100.00 room and $300.00 cabin plus loss of rental income. These are housekeeping accommodations. We do not do daily room/cabin/house cleaning. All kitchens have the basic glasses, dishes, utensils, pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, stove/oven and refrigerator. There will be a minimum $30.00 cleaning fee added to any kitchen left unclean. (Wash what dishes you use). Bed linens and towels are furnished. No roll away beds. Please bring your own towels for boating and beaches. Picnic shelter, picnic tables, charcoal grills, campfire rings (we do not furnish charcoal or firewood). Bring a lawn chair. Electrical hook ups for boats. You are responsible for any damage or repair costs caused by you or anyone in your party. If you move anything please put it back.  
Main Resort location only=CLEAN TOWEL EXCHANGE: Please leave towel exchange basket outside your door by 10 am.
Off site Accommodations = there are extra towels available in the bathroom.
Catch and release fishing ponds are entertaining for everyone.
